Precision MR® — Clinical Case

Patient: Male, Age 26, Amateur basketball player

Diagnosis: Combined ACL tear with horizontal tear in the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus, located in the white-red zone.

Procedure: ACL reconstruction was performed, along with lateral meniscus repair using all-inside device Precision MR anchored to the popliteal tendon. The procedure was completed by placing one suture on both the superior and inferior meniscal surfaces.

Follow-up at 36 months to evaluate recovery and symptom management:

• Tegner Score Pre-op: 9 Post-op: 9
• Lysholm Score: 94, Good daily function.
• IKDC Score: 76, showing some mild limitations.
